Hello Norfolk! 👋

🏃‍♂️ First up: Dan Johnson of Port Dover is turning pain into purpose. After losing his son Luke, he’s running marathons (literally), cycling across Canada 🚴‍♂️, and raising funds for a local hospice — all to honour Luke’s memory.

📚 Then, meet local author Phil Brown, whose Norfolk Chronicles is climbing the charts and tugging on small-town heartstrings. Expect laughs, nostalgia, and a whole lot of Norfolk charm.

🍹 And now for something fun: it’s time for Norfolk to invent its own drink.
That’s right — Long Island’s got its iced tea, Moscow has its mule… and we’ve got… nothing. 😅
