…and Merry Christmas.
If you’re reading this with a coffee in hand, wrapping paper on the floor, or the house still quiet before the day begins, we’re glad you’re here. Christmas morning has a way of slowing time just a little, and today’s edition of the Insider is meant to meet you right there.

Last night - we caught a glimpse of Santa flying around a few local landmarks. Fortunately, we were able to get it on camera. Check it out here!
Well, this doesn’t happen every day - a local Port Dover family battling it out on the popular TV show Family Feud.
It was recently revealed on Facebook that the Azzopardi family was on the show, which is set to air on February 12th at 7:30pm.
Be sure to tune in and cheer them on!
I’ve been experimenting with AI video lately and used it on a local home listing.
I’ve decided the world doesn’t need another REALTOR® dancing on TikTok.
This felt like a better contribution.
