🌳 Hidden Gem: Discover Deer Creek Conservation Area

If you're craving a peaceful, outdoorsy escape without leaving Norfolk, Deer Creek Conservation Area is calling your name.

This 250+ acre park features an 80-acre reservoir created in the late 1960s when Deer Creek was dammed. The result is a lake-like setting surrounded by rolling forest and quiet inlets that feel far removed from the everyday.
